Privacy policy
Hermes is an owner-operated personal automation. This policy explains its limited use of Google and YouTube data.
Data accessed
After the owner grants OAuth permission, Hermes can access the YouTube data available under the authorized scope. This deployment uses that access to view, create, and update the owner's playlists and playlist items.
How data is used
Data is used only to complete tasks explicitly requested by the owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training third-party models.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored privately on the owner's secured server and are not stored by this website. Operational playlist identifiers may be retained only as needed to perform and verify the requested work.
Sharing
Google user data is never sold. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or other users. This static support website uses no analytics, tracking, advertising, account system, or cookies.
Control and revocation
The owner can revoke Hermes's Google access at any time from the security settings of the connected Google account. Credentials are removed when they are no longer required. Privacy questions can be sent to the developer contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.
